To get the new skeletons to animate, you need to plug in the Human Male model from that Luclin guide.
Find this line:
2,0,TFFF,GEquip3,Loading Character Equipment Files
On the next line, put:
1,1,TFFT,globalHUM_chr2,Loading Human
1,1,TFFT,globalHUM_chr,Loading Human
Side effect of this will be that all human males will appear in their Luclin models. But that's what has to be if you want the new skeletons to animate.
