and every 30 mins to an hour a full squad of nihilum makes sure I don't lvl up anymore in that spot. LOL.
Literally everything your asking for helps nihilum and no one else lmfao. Shocking. and one guild server's kill pop more than letting people come up faster to contest.
So I'm glad you have unlimited time to lvl up but I enjoy sunlight and vagina.

The reason you have to deal with a zerg every 30 mins is because it takes less then 3 years for them to entrench themselves. And they do not become better more community minded people on the way.
The easier you make it for people to "contest" the more trolls you will have dominating the content.
5+ years to 60 would ensure that only mature, patient, and dedicated individuals made the server their home.
