Well if you have an nvidia card you can go into the nvidia control panel and set AA, Anisotropic filtering, FXAA, not sure if it will allow ambient occlusion, but you can force it.....well actually I doubt that you personally can do such a thing but it is possible.
I'm fairly confident that you can do the same thing with AMD/Ati cards as well, but it has been years since I have used one so I wouldn't know the process.
