Buy a Dual Core AMD (Probably $60-100.00 depending on quality you want) cheap GeForce (GTS750 now? - one of those ~$120.00 cards) 2 sticks of 2-4 GB Ram (50-60 bucks) and a cheap HDD (250 gb or something - $50.00 or cheaper?) Get a MoBo: (80 to 140) Buy Windows (or use an old Windows CD you have)
You're good to go, for like 450 or less, and able to play other games if you want to.
