Leveling up tradeskills
Do stats effect how often you get skill ups in tradeskills? I seem to vaguely remember DEX having something to do with it? Maybe I'm thinking of something else though. Is there anything I can do to raise the chance of getting skill ups in tradeskills?
I'm in the 60's with pottery at the moment and the skill ups don't seem to be happening too often... or is that just the normal grind?
