If you don't want people taking advantage of 13 year old knowledge then you shouldn't be playing a 13 year old video game, sorry pal.
You still fail to acknowledge the fact that Kunark won't even be available upon release of the new server which severely reduces the effectiveness and viability of AE kiting. You still fail to acknowledge the fact that the people determined to level fast will do so regardless of bard AE kiting. Your problem isn't with bards specifically. It's with people leveling faster than you're comfortable with. And unless they went fully custom and introduced time-based level caps like Stinkum suggested, the shit just isn't going to matter.
You see such a huge impact on Red99 because of two reasons:
1) Overthere and Burning Woods npc density makes for absurd number of xp hits per pull.
2) Server is a fucking ghost town and nobody goes to those zones to do normal xp for the most part anyways, thus zero competition or risk of pvp most days.
Good luck with both of those on a new, pre-expansion pvp box where everyone will be trying to level in the very few zones that you can make AE kiting worthwhile in.
But again, moot point. You think they'll nerf wizard PBAE's and enchanter color stuns to only hit 4 targets at a time as well? I sure don't.
