imo sirken is more concerned with keeping +1 server pop than banning someone
fact of the matter is, allowing scumbags to get away with breaking rules left and right is a huge detriment to the server's image and makes a ton of people not even consider playing here
ask on blue server forums about red99 and they'll tell you a) it's a dead server and b) server history is shit when it comes to exploitation and scumbag players
