There are plenty people who hate on hybrids and or bards because of the exp penalty they bring to groups. But if you show you can haste and mez everything then they shouldn't complain.
The best way to group is always to start the group. Just do a /who search for the classes and the levels for people you want and send out tells to every person available. Should only take a couple minutes and you will probably get a lot of people wanting to join. Always always just start a group, especially a hybrid.
