Rule-set changes will never "fix" either server ~ Project1999 has always catered to the wrong crowd. There were literally thousands of opportunities to steer both servers towards something that everyone could enjoy but instead it has devolved into a game which caters to the lowest common denominator.

This shouldn't be about the staff placating the people who say "Everyone will just roll on evil, its gonna happen again. The past is a 100% certain indicator of the future.

And despite Tradesonreds error. No one is talking about SZ being the baseline. You have Nilbog, Zade and Rogean to counter that. Even Sirken has said he doesn't think a pure SZ server would be a good idea.
No one is catering to a vocal minority. The most vocal minority is the people who come on these forums and enrage about the game and flame the staff (yeah I do it to) but usually with warrant.
I also think a transcripted summary for those who are unwilling/unable to watch the talks would be good. It could be written up fairly easily and unbiasedly to explain what this is all about. Tempted to write one myself. But I feel like I AM too biased and trolly and unprofessional to do it well. Coming from me it would probably not hold much meaning.
