He is just that rare.

When I started on p99 I made my money by doing paw of opolla quest over and over.
By the time I was lvl 50 id have sold about 37 of them.

I have had gynok take up to 70 hours /played to show up. I've also zoned into befallen and seen him up (the ph will spawn and despawn on its own every 15 minutes or so.)


I mean its just a really rare spawn, nothing wrong with it though as far as I know he was just as rare on live eq.
