Since you know where it is (in your hands), the filling is therefore in an indeterminate state. Perhaps by eating it, and thereby shifting the indeterminacy to the taco's location*, you'll be able to find out what's in there.
*Though you might claim that the taco's location would be your stomach, this would not be the case unless you somehow manage to swallow it whole. To illustrate this, consider the problem of where your fist goes when you open your hand.
