It should be allowed to be smoked wherever cigarettes can be smoked. The only way you could tell a difference, at first glance, between a cig and a joint is just the smell. Plus some places have public smoking bans, so make it you can't smoke weed there either.

Treat it like something between cigs and alcohol is my idea, but since I'm not in Gov't, that thought won't be used.
