Yes, two places that weren't really mentioned are the Freeport sewers and the Qeynos Catacombs. I haven't played a DE for some time, but my Troll SK is able to do business in both of those areas.
The entrances are not that hard to find, both are near the main gates. Freeport has entrances to the sewers in both the East and West zones. There is an entrance to the Catacombs to the left of the North Gate. That one is a lot trickier to get into than the Freeport evil area, however.
