I dunno what kind of privileged lifestyle that would lead to heroin use, that you would even consider using it in the first place is mind blowing to me.
A lot of us have no room to fuck up with our backs against the wall, can't afford to take risks like trying hardcore drugs for shits and giggles.
No sympathy here.
Try to stay out of jail or the ER as both will cost the rest of us money.
