Default Everfrost Ice Giants impervious to cold spells
Hi there:

Until about a month ago, I could burn (freeze?) Ice Giants in the area outside Perma down with my JBB or other cold based DD spell with no resists from a 50-55 shm. Now, they are 100% resistant to cold spells. The seem curiously resistant to tash / malosi as well, both myself and a chanter were unable to land a single debuff on them. Shaman epic splurt and poison based DOTs are never resisted. Very wierd all of a sudden these mobs are so selectively high MR/CR...
