ALSO, if you know anyone with schitzophrenia - they could very well possibly be a target , and just a victem of harrasment. I know a few techniques can tell you in about 5 minutes if its harrasment or you just really are batshit crazy. I truly believe that this can give answers to the mentally sick , or at least most of them. WHen this technique is used, it will turn the voices/sounds off , and distort them to sound like the lawnmower man. Joooooobbeeeee -- so this is a for sure sign of the activity happening.
