There is no way this was their vision. I have good equipment. I am content. I just look around and I see a lot of very dejected people top to bottom. The loudest voices on the forums are those who are content and are most active in game. To be real honest, who is really playing this game with TMO? Would it really matter if no one else was here? Look at Nihilum on R99. Is there really a difference between the two?
I get it. Nilbog and Rogean said they have no interest in expanding. There is enough work to be done and expanding would just be another step towards this being a job more than a hobby. This project has been a labor of love and we have reaped the benefits of that labor. I am trying my best to express my appreciation without sounding ungrateful.
They have both built an amazing community. People are showing up 4 years later to enjoy what they have made and more are showing up everyday. People want to give back, people want to help in anyway they can. But people want a chance, an opportunity to enjoy it the way you intended them to.
The main question in my original post is what would it take? More population? A specific amount of $? More GMs? More assistance with development?
