Look at the people in support of ooc and its easy to see why removing it is step one to helping foster a real community here. Go with global auction in cities instead.

Because of OOC I actually start collecting words/runes for other people who need them. Global city chat wouldn't work the same way because I'm in a city only to bank and then gate.
