Quick corrections here:
-Overhaste wasn't introduced until Luclin (vah shir song line).
-The Ervaj line (velious) is stackable haste but stays under the cap,
so any player with a 41% haste item and 60% haste buff will find it useless.
-Fading Memories is a PoP ability.
