Spellbook meditation was removed post-Luclin.

Spell casters no longer need to see their spell book when meditating. Once a character has the meditation skill, it will function when the character is sitting down.

This is a limitation of the Titanium UI.

If it is possible, we need to implement it!

We should also incorporate /meditate or pressing that big "Meditate" button in the spell book! http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20000830.html
