Its not about the toys, its about the experiances on them. Have you gone 190mph on 2 wheels? Enjoyed 4 wheeling in mtns or a day at the race track?
Im also a certified rescue scuba diver and snowboard instructor. But since I spent money to enjoy those sports im wasting my life right?

Yeah you framed it much better. Not to mention the charity you can bring by investing your time/money wisely instead of on short lived goals or quick fixes.
