I think after level 8 or so, enchanter pets are found at highhold keep. 12, 18, 24, 29, 34, 39(?), 44, 49.
Then a majority of your illusion spells can only be found at Erudin too. Remember to pick up your ancient coins for tash quest while traveling across norrath too!
Just google "everquest zam" and you'll find the website where you can search for quests and such.
