Just gave you the Blueprint right there, if you are killing disease wolves and turning in their pelts, (without sharing kills) you should be able to build up enough plat to buy what he said. I stated earlier, that i used that plat to work on smithing and make banded for myself. Killing for GL or HQ bear pelts, is a great way to make money, but he should of mentioned that they are very rare drops. Once your in your 20's with at least a suit of banded and a decent wep, you should make nice plat from kill drops.
