We did the Glacier Bear in Everfrost, well tried to, a few days ago. Did you get your pelt in the end? Because if not and it's MQable you're welcome to it. I /ooc'd it to the zone with no takers so looted it anyway.
The Bear was up for me after that long maintenance server down, and yeah it dropped my quest piece too.
