As a 50 who runs across people like this occasionally, I have one piece of advice. Send me a tell and say something like ''Hey I just got this group together to come get some xp at X camp, could I possibly coax you into letting us have camp?'' NOW! Of course maaany players would go /anon and that's that.
But sometimes...we might just not be complete assholes and move along. All depends on how we are approached. Can't hurt to ask!
