By all recent accounts during the raiding rules flame sessions, you will not be MT'ing or even seeing at all any raid content whatsoever if you cannot play 24/7. That may or may not change in Kunark, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Other than that you will be able to get groups on your way up to 50 without too many issues.
