As I've understood it, spawn timers actually work off real time, regardless of the server being up or down. The use of the word "Timers" Isn't even really accurate, its more like Mob dies at 7PM, Respawn is 6-8 hours, Then the Code does a check 1AM to see if mob respawns. I could be wrong though.

would be nice to know for sure, hope noone has a rez timers expire because server is down for maintenance
