The flaw in this rule is of course anyone with 2 rigs and a router can say "Hey, my wife wants to play" and the only people at a disadvantage are people like me who are honest.

And it only takes until someone sees them running around with one invis /afk and /follow while the other xps, or one of them staring off onto space while the other runs away from pulling aggro, or any other indication that the two characters never move at the same time.
Two boxing is way more obvious than you think folks.
