Bouncerr is just a no-name faggot that was banned for cheating a while ago. The only thing funny about this story is that he made a big, teary-eyed "goodbye" thread after he got banned in which he strongly denied he ever cheated.
However, someone in the thread found a previous post Bouncerr posted that showed he was clearly running MQ. He was then laughed off the server, until trying to sneak back as a new character (Gaffin) and getting called out for being Bouncerr.
