I think the best bet would be to maybe look at the guild avaliable and see what type of group you are looking for. The guilds here range from Hardcore (TMO/FE/IB), to semi casual (Taken/DIV/BDA) and then there are casual and also leveling guilds. Most guilds won't recruit unless they are missing a certain class
