Yup, I personally think this is the #1 factor. Sure there are tweaks to T-staff etc, and yes one guild does dominate the server, but seriously how many people do you think would play in the absolutely perfect scenario? Double, triple, quadruple the servers current population? I doubt it.
What was the average ratio between the Live blue and red server populations during Kunark? Take that ratio and compare it to 99blue's population. That to me would probably be the best 99red could hope for population wise. |
