I hold the unpopular opinion that exp rate is too high. I think a group xp bonus would do a lot more for the server than our current flat bonus. People leave the server because they aren't interacting with people and making friends. Also, teams. I polled some bluebies and tons of them are interested in a teams server, so whenever they get around to coding teams in I think population will see a big influx of new players.
-Remove xp bonus entirely
-Add in BIG scaling group bonus (more party members, more bonus)
-Teams
-General niceness
Let's seriously put in some effort toward not griefing our population away.
