15 hours is not casual my friend...
i play like 4 hours a week right now if i'm lucky, i think 0-5 is casual.

He has 0-15 Casual and 0-15 Hardcore. I think the hour-spans should be 0-10, 10-20, 20-40, 40+, but that's just me.
0-15 hardcore could be, "I can't play often, but I can log on for 30 minutes to kill a dragon," and
0-15 casual could be, "I don't have long to play, so I'll just hop over to crushbone and buff the newbies." I like the hardcore/casual breakdown for the same hour-spans.
