If people actually had a modicum of self control and the guilds kept track of their own and didn't encourage shitbaggery, this would be a non-issue.
That said, if you're a decent human and are in a guild that condones this crap, deguild and find better people to spend time with. Pixels and loot are not worth that kind of association.
There are several tags for which I have absolutely no respect...and that applies to every member for their tacit complicity.
