Actually if you were following the scandal at all you'd know that there were many instances of him just sending pictures of his junk to random people before even establishing any dialog and that some of them may have ended up being underage.

I think that's the point he was making. You came out of the gates with the idea that I demonize sexuality and "anyone who likes sex" (as though that applies to Weiner in this particular case), and he made the point that sexually assaulting underage girls is not in the spectrum of acceptable sexual expression.
PS He didn't have sex with these women, as some people have claimed. It wasn't about cheating on his wife. Anthony Weiner would most often prowl for women who vocalized that Weiner was a political hero of theirs, strike up a romantic/sexual correspondence with them, and then totally cease the relationship once they became disenchanted enough. For him, it was about power and using his political position to feel sexually desirable, probably because he was treated like an asexual monster for much of his adolescence (just a guess). In this way, it wasn't just about "liking sex," or anything even close to that. It's dysfunctional, destructive behavior that manipulates everyone around him.
