This build is the most atrocious thing i have ever seen. HBB, i'm really not trying to flame you, but what in the fuck are you thinking building tear/catalyst? This build could be 85% of why you are in bronze.
Look to start Dorans ring > Kage's pick > Morellos > Spell Pen boots > Dcap > Void. Anything else you build is fluff. Your job is to have cooldown in lanes, for frequent harass, and lower cdr on w. (Morellos is 20% cdr) Then team fight, all you need to do, is get 1 kill and get your reset. Smart cast your q, the slight hesitation of not smart casting can mean everything in a team fight. Tear would take a year to stack, and ROA is just a terrible item for the style of laner yi is
