Trayvon's body was found a distance away from the pavement, anyway. Zero evidence that GZ's head was ever "smashed against the pavement." Injuries inconsistent with such an account. So, there goes self-defense. That's literally all he had. If there was no cement, self-defense would have been a laughable excuse. And it was.
Also, GZ's story was full of massive discrepancies and inconsistencies, and it evolved over time. Roderick Scott's 9/11 phone call was identical to his testimony. Roderick Scott was also crucified by the DA and is continually harassed by local media. So, it's not like he made out squeaky clean and poor GZ is going to be haunted forever.
