Opinion.
Also - People should be called out on the EC forums. People who scam should be called out ASAP actually. Oh hold on why I locate the proper authorities who will research and determine if the said perpetraitor is guilty of said crime...
Meanwhile they unload the bad account/item and the buyer gets screwed/scammed.
