This is a witch hunt...not every unguilded low lvl no rep toon that has a high end droppable item is a cheater.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen (and it is prob a good first step to catching real cheaters), but all this publicly accusing people of a bannable offenses without any actual evidence is horrible for the server.
I would guess that if the duping is at the level there is a great chance that many MANY of us probably have items that were either duped or bought with money purchased from dupers in RMT. When all of this is said and done there may be innocent folks who wind up banned having done nothing wrong intentionally if this witch hunt keeps going on.
