You do realize you can buy those stickers anywhere? Online, Retail stores, etc...
I also have 0 stickers on my car. My windows are too tinted to have stickers either, you wouldn't be able to see it.. unless it was in the front window, which is useless.
Furthermore.. I got a ticket in May, that I paid online.. Why would that be the case if I had a way out of it?
