Someone did unban mythox tho and the new policy was supposed to be that characters who have been punished will never be reinstated.

Would be nice to have a clear stance on this. I could go either way. Wouldn't mind picking me up one of these shady accounts floating around if I know I can petition for a ban to be lifted worse case scenario.
