it's any targeted aoe spell has absolutely no range check at the end of its cast
so things like pillar of frost/flame/lightning, any mage rain spell, blizzard, tears of prexus, torrent of poison, gale of poison, etc.
it wouldn't be THAT big of a deal but occasionally if you zone after another player, you'll see a ghost of them at the zoneline for a few seconds, and you're allowed to target them and cast spells on them, but normally a spell would give an out of range error message, however these spells still land all the way across the zone and you can even get multiple spells in(personally had both a pillar of frost and a pillar of lightning hit me across burning woods)
