I hope you understand why your guild is being uncontested. You had 35+ on the last 3 raids I've seen you in. You had 41 for trak. When velious comes out a lot you will have 55+. The change you suggest (adding variance to spawn times) does absolutely nothing to address the issue - which you say is the Nihilum numbers. When a mob spawns has zero effect (or at most a negligible effect) on who in Nihi logs on to kill it.
The fix, as always, comes right back around to the opposition learning how to work together as a team in some way. That is the one and only cure to the "problem" and it has been this way since day one. Or at least since month three, when I started here.
