C'mon, we've gotta have a bored lawyer on P99 that's in MA. What's the filing fee for a civil action in Federal Court, $400? Pass the hat around and get another person in GA to serve notice to Toop & his buddies in person. Getting served papers and the threat of discovery by a bored lawyer who wants his EQ is normally enough to make someone shit their pants and stop. We could even give them the title Young Lawyer on all their characters.
Edit: Also, I could be WAY off here(need young lawyerz halp), but don't datacenters also have a duty to investigate trespass to your server? They're a custodial service, isn't there a duty to defend there?
