From my experiences on live, every item had a unique ID attached to it, regardless if you had 2 of the same items. Being this is an emulated server this mechanic might not be in place and there are no checks for multiples of the same Id. Possibly every item just has 1 ID attached to it regardless.
It made duping items almost impossible and the only true way to ever dupe on live was using platinum since it didn't have a unique ID for every platinum piece

I haven't even tried due to not giving a shit or wanting to get banned if the known dupes from live work here. More than likely they have been fixed.
If this server does NOT attach a unique ID to every item, I would hope they consider adapting this if at all possible, since it might be a complete overhaul of the database, which might not even be worth the hassle.
