New Level Limits on Buffs and Paladins
Pretty sure these limits should not be effecting paladins casting Armor of Faith on lowbies. Even though it is a lvl 53 spell for paladins, it is by no means a "lvl 50+ spell" and I don't ever remember my paladin being restricted from casting it on newbs on live.
