Also, to everyone talking about riots and other nonsense:
The norm for the black community is to not riot in the face of grave injustice. That you look at Rodney King and say that it somehow represents an expectation is disgusting. It propagates the narrative that ran through the Zimmerman case-- that black people are to be FEARED by the larger white community, and that they exist somewhere outside of our civil society and therefore must be dealt with in the same capacity.
It's pathetic.
