we'll assume foer the sake of argument that I have 100% control over where my dog shits. not being sarcastic or anything ofc making the assumption.

my dog shat in your yard when we did sky. as a neighbor, you should accept my apology for it and assurance it won't happen again. you did not and assumed I sent my dog over there to shit.

then going to hate while you're there... that's not shitting in your yard. that's our dogs shitting in the same general shared shitting area at the same time. you don't own hate. we've shared planes on many occasions because we didn't own it.

granted if we had the choice of an empty pof or an occupied poh, we'd pick pof. but seeing as how we organized and brought up 20 people, we figured we'd just kill things anyway.
