Camp it in OOT Imo. I don't know the deal with SRO, but I have like never seen it pop there, even camped it with a friend for like 8 hours with no pop in SRo. Went to OOT and got it to pop within an hour in the two times I have camped it.

I am echoing the statements above. There is some serious EQ voodoo involved in the SRO one, and from my experience it spawns far less than OOT.
Experiences will vary, but I was part of getting 3 rings at the OOT camp, and each time it was within 2 hours. Once it was the 3rd or 4th spawn.
