Script a GM event where Jesse James robs the Freeport Bank of millions of coin. Norrathains are only insured for up to 250,000 platinum by the FDIC of Norrath. Robin Hood would then steal some of this money from Jesse James and spread it around to the poor of Norrath with less than 5,000 platinum in their bank accounts.
